since these are usually quick splits in the flurry of Spring crazy season

Linden include flowers from May through June, we do not heat pasteurized or ultra filter our honey, so all the good local pollen and propolis is still remain. Note: Because we do not filter or heat treat, natural honey may crystalize solidify quickly, so place in a pan of hot water to liquefy.
